Bailey Fire Protection, Inc. Founded – 2006 by Jason McCoy. Bailey Fire is named after Jason and Candie McCoy’s oldest daughter “Bailey”
Jason worked for large sprinkler companies during his training as an apprentice, progressing to foreman and supervisor roles. Jason was inspired by seeing first-hand the typical large company lack of personal attention. He merged all of his education and experience to start his vision of a small business serving customers on a more intimate level. Our motto is “Life Safety delivered with Excellence”, our commitment is “Service Delivered with Excellence”
At the beginning of our journey, our business consisted of fire sprinkler inspections and
small tenant improvements. Through our team’s hard work, our focus on service, and years of managing our growth, we are proud to say we have completed a major individual contract in excess of $1 million, but we are still just as happy to complete $300.00 service jobs. Bailey Fire has no desire to be the biggest contractor, we are the “smaller” company that customers want on their jobs. We are large enough to perform, and small enough to care how we perform. We don’t want every customer, we want likeminded excellent customers.
We are honored and humbled by our high percentage of continued repeat customers. We believe this speaks to our commitment to service excellence. Our team members are such a critical part of Bailey Fire, they do the delivering of excellence, they are the face of Bailey Fire on every job. We are proud that we have several team members with us that started soon after we were founded.
